I saw this first unusual bird alongside the road in the middle of a housing development in Havre de Grace, MD, on March 10th, 2006. These birds are brought in to farms to be hunted as game birds, and when they escape, they can appear anywhere.

I saw the next two Chukars in exactly the same place on March 30th, 2007. Matt and I saw two Chukars, possibly these same ones, in the same place on March 24th.
