Comet ISON was barely visible just before sunrise in the days before it swung around the sun on November 28th, 2013.

The comet is the lower, blue-ish dot behind the tree limbs. I took this photo from my home in Havre de Grace, MD on November 21st, 2013.

The comet is barely visible to the right of the three brighter planets/stars. Look a little to the right and about a quarter of the photo's height from the center of the picture. I took this photo from Tydings Marina in Havre de Grace, MD on November 23rd, 2013.

As a bonus, this is a photo of Comet Lovejoy. The comet is the fuzzy blue-ish spot near the center of the photo. I took this photo on November 21st, 2013 from my home.
