I saw a little Dovkie through the window of the boat during the pelagic cruise on December 13th, 2008. The bird looked like a little white tennis ball. I took the photo through the salted-up window because I was not sure I'd get out the door in time for a clear shot. The bird was in Delaware waters 40 or so miles offshore in the Atlantic Ocean.
