I saw this tern on a piling from the balcony of the under-construction wildlife center at Mispillion Light, DE, on July 3rd, 2006. There were some Forsters Terns on nearby pilings.

A large number of Least Terns nested on the beach at Cape May State Park in NJ. I saw these birds there on July 3rd, 2009.
