I saw one lone Snow Bunting on a picnic table in the south side camping area of the Indian River Inlet, DE on March 16th, 2012. It flew off before I could maneuver for a better photo.

There were two more photo-friendly Snow Buntings at Ft McHenry in Baltimore. I saw them on November 10th, 2012.
