Joyce and I participated in the Harford Bird Club "First Annual Epic Birding Contest" at Susquehanna State Park, MD on May 2nd, 2009. Dave Ziolkowski was our small group's leader, and he took us to some excellent birding locations in the park. I took a few photos. The gray, rainy day did not provide very good light, so these photos are not that good.

We saw an Acadian Flycatcher:

And a Black and White Warbler:

We had good looks at a Northern Parula:

And finally, we saw this Red eyed Vireo:
