Several Woodcocks performed their display flight dance at sunset on March 12th, 2011. I saw and heard about four of them at Harford Memorial Gardens near Havre de Grace, MD.

I saw them again on March 22nd, 2014.

I saw two Woodcocks digging for food alongside the road on Assateague Island, MD on February 15th, 2015. I had never seen Woodcocks in the daylight before.
